Codex QuickBooks Connector is operated by Design Prism LLC to support internal bookkeeping, reporting, and tax preparation.
Data collected
After authorization, the service may access QuickBooks Online accounting data such as company information, chart of accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, expenses, bills, and financial reports.
How data is used
Data is used to prepare bookkeeping exports, tax workpapers, year-end summaries, and CPA-ready files. Data is not sold.
Sharing
Data may be shared with authorized service providers or professional advisors, including accountants or CPAs, when needed for bookkeeping, tax preparation, or compliance.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials and exported files are stored in infrastructure controlled by Design Prism LLC and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, accounting, and tax compliance.
