These terms govern access to Codex QuickBooks Connector, a private internal integration operated by Design Prism LLC.
Use of the service
The service is intended to connect an authorized QuickBooks Online company to bookkeeping and tax workflows controlled by Design Prism LLC. Use must be authorized by the QuickBooks company owner or administrator.
Data access
By connecting QuickBooks Online, you authorize the service to request accounting data needed for reporting, reconciliation, bookkeeping support, and tax preparation.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-is basis for internal operational use. Features may change or be discontinued as bookkeeping and compliance needs evolve.
